Picture this: You arrive at our private studio above Vivid Ink on Lichfield Road, perhaps a bit nervous (trust me, 99% of my clients are!), but excited. You’ll find easy parking at the rear of the building in your designated space – no need to worry about rushing through town with your outfit bag! As you climb the stairs to our exclusive studio space, you’ll be greeted by me with a warm welcome and your favourite morning beverage. This isn’t just a photoshoot; it’s your time to be pampered and celebrated. We’ll start with a relaxed chat about your vision for the session while you settle into our cosy consultation area.
The Transformation: More Than Just Hair and Makeup
The next 60-90 minutes are all about your transformation – but not in the way you might think. While I’m styling your hair and creating your perfect makeup look, we’ll chat, laugh, and you’ll begin to feel those initial nerves melt away. This preparation time is actually one of my favourite parts of the session, as it’s where the magic of confidence-building truly begins.
The Photoshoot: Where Magic Happens
With your hair and makeup perfected, we’ll move onto the photoshoot itself. Having the studio to ourselves means we can take our time, ensuring you’re comfortable with every pose and outfit change. As both your photographer and coach, I’ll guide you through every moment, showing you exactly how to pose to create the most flattering images for your body type. We’ll work together to create a variety of stunning images that capture different facets of your personality. And yes, I may show you previews throughout the session – there’s nothing quite like seeing yourself through a professional lens to boost your confidence even further!
The Grand Finale: Your Viewing Session
About a week after your shoot, you’ll return to the studio for what many clients describe as their favourite part of the experience – your private viewing session. In our comfortable viewing room, you’ll see your images presented in a cinematic slideshow. This is often where the happy tears flow, as you see yourself in a completely new light.
